You have to setup a VPN (virtual private network). That will make both ends of the connection a "local" connection or NAT connection to the other end! (over simplistic but that is what you do.)  You need two routers both with VPN ability and set one to talk to the other using the VPN.  

A VPN builds a "tunnel" through the internet to a "private" ip range on the other end - (again overly simplified but that is what happens) and since you need multiple machines a VPN to VPN router is the only way to have those all seeing the same network.  If you only have one machine on one end you can use the machine to create a connection to the VPN.
