  1. Many kids with autism or cerebral palsy do this.  It's a way for them to vocalize without saying words.  Attention and entertainment might be the reasons she is doing this.  We kind of need more information to help you out, sorry.  Screaming is not an easy behavior to get rid of.  Does she have a teacher that you can talk to?  If so, I'm sure she's tired of the screaming, too!

  2. Think ABC.  Antecedent (what is causing the behavior), Behavior (what is the behavior) and Consequence (What is the form of action after the behavior).  You can't change a behavior without first knowing what is causing it.  Once the antecedent is figured out, you must then replace the behavior with a different behavior.  Instead of screaming, maybe she can clap her hands.  Just an example.

  3. There are lots of things that would be considered special education, but it sounds like your sister may be nonverbal.  If she is not able to express herself with words then she is probably just trying to find away to express herself.  Be gentle with her and don't let your family give in to her tantrums because the attention will just encourage her to keep screaming.

  4. first you need to do an assessment to find out why she's screaming-

if there is anything you can change-change it

you can also reward her for communicating appropriately-

ignore teh screaming as giving her attention feeds into it and makes it worse-

give her a lot of attention when she is not screaming

  5. use earplugs or turn up the music on ur ipod really loud.

  6. KNock Her *** out Fudgein knock her out then dat r****d will stop screamin at ya

  7. Why is she screaming?  Is there a loud noise that bothering her?  Is she hungry?  Is she wondering where her parents are?

Talk to her gently and try to figure out what is bothering her.  Does she have something that comforts her, a toy, blanket?

You know your sister better than any of us strangers do.

  8. If your sister is screaming she is trying to communicate something to you. I suggest you sit down and figure out some sort of communication system with her so you know what is wrong instead of jsut stopping the noise find the cause dont jsut deal with the  behavior

  9. Not enough information here.  Is she in pain?  What is the cause?  What social skills, and communication skills does she have?  Is there an IEP, if so has she been seen by a behavioral specialist?   These area all questions, I would need answers to before I would offer any behavior modification techniques.  But, it is important to say that just being in special education does not means she does not have self control, or could not be taught self control.
