  1. This can  be done as I myself have reduced four inches in a one month time and have become slim. For this involve any exercise. I used brisk walking. I started wearing flat shows instead of heels. Then avaoid carbohydrates from cereals and involve juice and water, salads much in your diet. You need to add more activities than sitting at a place. I think that the best thing you can do is increase your activity level, even just to 30 minutes of walking per day.  You should keep a food diary too, so you can account for how many calories you take in.  I use thedailyplate.com--it has tools to track your weight and allows you to track calories, fat, sodium, etc. It's very helpful!  Good luck!
