There are many countries you may go for your Masters either in Computer Application or in Computer Science. Every country has their own laid down regulations for Student Visa and permissible hours to work. Most country allowed only 20hrs/week work out of campus. But you may be allowed to work after your Graduation once you are hired by someone.

I would suggest you proceed to Australia or New Zealand for your studies. There the opportunity to study, work, live and settlement is much higher than other countries; UK/USA.
