Hi on my yahoo 360 pg it says 4 invitations are OUTSTANDING what does this mean?

It means those invitations have not been accepted or denied yet. Although, people also have the option to delete & ignore the invitation. Either way, the person you have sent it to hasn't taken action on the invitation.

That's correct. You invited people and they have not acknowledged the invitation yet.

Yes it means the 4 people you sent invitations to haven't responded.Maybe you can let them know by email as a backup.

the invitations do expire

go and check and see if they have, you can re-send them if they have.
