your going to need money, unless you can handle the risk of being in debt and then your company failing? I think its a sound idea the competition is easy, just be stylish and innovative thats what newcastle needs! But make sure to reflect brand identity, i.e. its an indian restaurant so keep the theme relevant to the subject

How do you start a business? Surround yourself with as many mentors possible, preferably inline with the industry you are intending to get into. Something you need to understand is that all businesses are the same –the only difference is the product / service and whom you intend to be your customers / clients. I cannot stress enough -do not worry about not having the money to start! Draw up a business plan (or an outline of what you intend to achieve) and go from there. If you have mentors that you keep in touch with on a regular basis you will be able to work out a means of finance.
