Hi please help me , about working at mcdonald thx u so much?

hi m working at mcdonalds about 2 months now

but i only get 5 hours per week. before i alway call them to get more hours, but now i don't because i don't think that good way. but i think maybe because i think i'm not smart enough to learn the register machine. sometime they try to put me on register but i can't remember all the things on the menu.

i don't know what to do now? should i quiet or keep working?

can u give some tip to learn how to use the register machine.

it kind of confuse me .

it could be many things, but most likely its because they dont need you as much not because they think you are useless but because they have enough employees working at the time

and if you are still in high school they tend to take it easy on you with your hours when you are first employed

but in the meantime try as hard as you can if you already are trying as hard as you can then you must try harder they will notice your improvement and one other thing that helps is if you ask your manager for further training on the register and ask as much questions as possible when operating it and ask people for help you will get it in time

i know how you feel i took me like 5 months to learn the register when i first worked at target but i can do it in my sleep now, i work at jc penny now and i still can operate both in my sleep and you will too it become very easy in time thats a promise
