ICICI BANK Probationary Officer Programme



This is an intensive programme that systematically transforms you from a bright graduate to a future – ready professional who can take on managerial roles in specific areas within ICICI Bank. It involves one year of classroom training and internship with a stipend. All costs of the programme will be borne by ICICI Bank.

On successful completion of the course after a year, you will be absorbed as Assistant Manager at a gross salary of more than Rs. 3.5 lakhs per annum.

Eligibility criteria:

Graduation with minimum 55% marks in any discipline Up to 25 years of age as on October 1, 2007.
