Hi someone can help me with a photo for peugeot 405 timing belt replacement/marks?

  1. honestly, I don't think there are any 'marks'.  I think you have to rotate the upper gear (the valve cam shaft) until a 10 cm bolt can be placed through a hole, and into the engine block.

    THEN, you gently nudge the lower crankshaft pulley until you can insert a 6mm bolt into a hole near the clutch \ flywheel housing = where the clutch housing attatches to the block.

    NOW, your engine is locked into perfect position to remove the old timing belt and refit the new one.

    Meanwhile, please be advised to take this opportunity to replace water pump and belt tensioner.

  2. SURE, go to AUTO-ZONE they give you a print out to show all the marks and other available info.
