I'm not certain what you are asking unless you are asking how you can go about getting into college since you dropped out of school. You can check with the colleges in your area. Some of them have programs to get your GED so you can get into college courses. Now if you are a teenager that is having problems with school having failed you shouldn't give up. It may be embarrassing at first but it would be a good idea if you return to school and see if you can get some personal assistance from the teachers and your fellow students. You may get a bit of ridicule at first from some of the younger students but you WILL get a lot of help if you stick in there. God bless and good luck!!
