Hi there, i've applied for renewal of my Police certificate in dubai but they said I have No Objection Cert..

I am presently here in canada and i need to get my police certificate from Dubai ...what are the chances that i can get this problem fix to be able to get my police clearance certificate? I didn't do any crime when i was working in dubai aside from leaving my job because of the strictness of the company. Please HELP!!!!!!!!! ASAP!!!
