hi there, im not to bright when it comes to computers. i have bought myself a webcam so my mates can see me but ive installed it and it only has photo and video impression.it is from arcsoft.also the screen is black and ive tried to focus but nothing happens.do you think maybe it isnt compatible with my laptop? Thanks.
