  1. get some weight up front once you get it on plane it will come down

  2. Sounds like not enought HP for the boat to plane out>

  3. If you have power trim on your motor, you should trim it all the way down , before attempting to get up on plane-this is the most obvious reason for the problem you are having- if the motor does not have power trim, you have an adjustment on the motor that needs to be lowered - it will be located where the motor fits next to the transom, on the back side of the transom- it's very easy to adjust it-just remember-the leg of the motor needs to be moved in toward the transom when the adjustment is made- good luck!

  4. Trim the engine all the way down.  As you accelerate, trim the engine up to get on plane.

But, just FYI, that 50 hp on a 19' boat isn't going to do much performance wise.

  5. One thing that can help are trim tabs they make them for all size boats and diffrent hp.

  6. A 50hp on a boat that size is pretty small, but it will push it,just

not very fast.Your problem may be that the prop on your engine is too big. When you get up to full speed your tach.

should be reading from 4200-4600 rpm.If not you need a smaller pitch prop.Usually for each pitch you drop in size your

rpm will increase 3 to 600 rpm.If your prop size is right then you have mounted the motor too low on the boat and you will need to raise it up.I hope this helps.
