Well I'm no expert, but I would imagine that scientists can carry out some sort of carbon dating on fossilised remains to get a rough estimate of the age of the dinosaur, and if they found enough examples of this then yes, an average age could be calculated.

If you mean how old the dinosaurus was when he died, then yes, it can be calculated. When the paleontologist looks at the bones of the dinosaurus, he can quite easily say how old the dinosaurus was.

This isn't an anthropology question, but yes, the age of a dinosaur at death can be determined. You'd need a lot of specimens to be able to compute an average age though.
