hi i have been trying to make a call to buenos aires cell phone... the no which my friend gave me is 0111--------(011 & the nine digit number).. i tried calling many times like 00540111 & the nine digit No. but so far i couldnt make anymore calls or sms to my friend.. its really ridiculous to miss her always....pls help me!!!! ur support is highly appreciated... am from india. i tried calling even from net to phone and local std booths it says the no is unrecognised and wrong....so pls help me.........

Hi...In Argentina Phone company are....Strange...Consider that in Buenos Aires for example there is NO competition. Telecom has the north and Telefonica the south!!! ....so...prices are very HIGH!!! :o))

Anyway.... This is an example. How to call a Mobile phone :
