Your English is far better than my Italian!

Here is a cheese cake recipe that is very easy, that I learnt at a very young age.

375 Philadelphia cream cheese blocks

1x can of condensed milk

300ml of thickened or whipping cream (whipped till fluffy)

125g of butter melted

Juice of one lemon

Melt the butter and crush the biscuits. Mix together and press down into the base of your pan. Cover with cling form/plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator.

Soften the cream cheese in a mixer. Add the juice of one lemon to the tin of condensed milk and stir in well. Add that to the cream cheese. Whip the thickened or whipping cream till light and fluffy, fold that through the mixture gently then pour it into your tin. Refrigerate over night and yummy!

I have listed a chocolate one below that is a little harder but is also very very delicious.

Oh and for pancakes do you mean the Aussie ones that are slightly smaller known as piklets? if so I have also given you an easy link to a recipe to give a go.
