  1. This is a SCAM. Check out the below link for confirmation of various email scams hitting the internet and how to report them :

    http://www.hotscams.com/articles/759/1/L...

Unscrupulous thieves have sent you this email and they are trying to part you from your hard earned cash. They will often ask you to call a premium rate number and keep you holding on whilst you rack up a huge phone bill. They are then paid a large proportion of this phone bill. They may ask you to divulge personal information about yourself or ask for your bank or credit card details. Do not divulge any such information under any circumstances. It is surprising how many innocent victims have been duped by these types of emails. Just remember the thieves who send them are very clever and extremely convincing. I suggest you delete the email and send it into cyberspace, hopefully along with the thieving scumbags who send them.

  2. Yes. Give them ALL of your information including bank account numbers so they can deposit it into your checking account. Don't you love it when you win a lottery you never even entered? Especially a foreign lottery, because it's not like you have to be a resident of the country to enter.

HAHAHA. Yes, I am funny. I know.

Really though----that is one of the MOST obvious scams ever.

  5. If it's a flashing online message or a pop-up, you are being scammed.  They will try and get you to reveal your bank information online, and then they will try and make a duplicate bank card so they can raid your account and rob you.

Unless this person volunteers credentials that prove he's working for the government, threaten to call the police on him.

  7. It's a scam. Don't send anyone money. I get them all the time too. Report as spam.
