Hi um my comcast box isn't working but everybody elses in my house is what should be the problem?

I tried turning it on and off several times, connecting it to other tvs and nothing it won't work...

Well...I work for Comcast first of all. From what it sounds like it looks to be that the box has went out and needs to be replaced. You are going to need to take it to nearest office and replace it or call a tech to replace it for you. Good luck!
