would i have to do economics and i have looked and a lot of people say history why. also i want to learn in a american law school but i live in england how would i go about that. thanks :)

history, english, law.

you don't have to do economics. that has more to do with money than law.

the reason history is so popular is because its a humanity, and law is in fact a humanity as well. many people will get their undergraduate degree in history.

to go to an american school you apply under the international student section on their website . i think you print off the application and mail it in. if you get accepted you just have to move there! :).
