Hi when i try to utorrent to download torrents i recieve a tracker error what can i do to solve this thanks

Probably is an issue with your uTorrent port not being forwarded properly.  This guide on setting uTorrent up for best download speed has info on this and more:

OK, firstly check your ports are open using the speed test in µtorrent - Options/speed guide/test if port is forwarded properly...if this is ok edit your question and I'll insruct you further.
