Try hitting up Tahoe Web Service. They offer you many programs to use with your website that is included with your hosting service. They never charge extra for any of them. You can build up to 1000 pages, install a shopping cart that holds well over 2000 items, Store over 500 photos for your website, Affiliate programs and banner makers. Very easy to use interface. I do not think you will find another host that is going to offer you all that for the price they charge per month!

I would do some compare work with them, Yahoo and Go-daddy. Hope this helps and best of luck

Hi, I recently started my own business and after doing a good amount of research, I decided on Cyspan because they were local for me and had done some businesses locally that looked good. I didn't have a huge budget, but they turned out a professional site for me that is already ranking very well on the search engines. They were speedy, easy to work with, and I definitely recommend them. I am sure there are lots of professional designers out there that would do a good job for you, but these guys are the only ones I have any personal experience with.

Recommend you look into building your own professional business website with Microsoft Office Live Small Business, a free service - http://starturl.com/officelive . Currently, MS is offering a free domain name (i.e. yourbusiness.com) for the first year. It has a free online web design tool that allows you to create web pages without coding. It provides 500mb of storage and has no ads.
