Generally all branches of Nilgiris supermarket, Spencers Daily, Reliance Fresh, Haneefa supermarket and .more accepts food card.

If you're not very sure, you can always swipe your card for purchases of more than Rs.150 and check if it works. For me, its worked everytime i tried.
