Hi which screen is better on my Wii? Standard (4:3) or Widescreen (16:9)?

Hi I have 38"Philips HDTV/LCD 720P & I'm also using Monster Components cable to have 480P resolution picture. Anyways which screen is better? standard (4:3) or widescreen (16:9)? Thank you!

Depends on the shape of the screen, if its square use 4:3 if its wide use 16:9, personally I prefer 16:9 as it shows more to the left and right than 4:3.

Standard (4:3) is better because I find that no matte what TV you use, choosing Widescreen stretches the picture and it makes it harder to focus in on the game. Even if you do get two big black lines on your screen, it's better than a stretched picture.
