  1. I would never buy a long club off of the internet.  If you have never hit the club before, you really cannot know how you will get along with it.  Plus, there are so many shaft options that you need to consider before you make that kind of a purchase.  Go hit them all, and then decide.

    Cheers.

  2. IMO, they're not bad at all. For me, the feel was OK, nothing too special. Forgiveness was decent, not top of the line. I like the Cobra Speed series woods, and even though it's a few years old, I liked to Mizuno 001's too.

You'd do yourself a big favor by hitting a bunch of brands though.    It's hard to know what you like with out hitting them. Also, pay attention to the brand and model of shaft you end up liking. The shaft plays a big part in performance. The head will help you more with forgiveness and initial launch (loft). Good luck.

  3. I'm not a fan of anything HiBore and  I would recommend hitting any club you're going to spend more than a hundred bucks on.  If you do plan to shop around, I think Taylormade has the best 3 woods out there.  I would also hit any of the last few Ping 3 woods before making a decision.

  4. I have never hit that exact club but i have had good shots and luck with my Nike SQ sumo 3-wood.

  5. Why would you be thinking of buying a club you have never hit?  Take thee to a golf store with a launch monitor and hit as many 3 wds as you like....only buy what you hit best...the data will tell you which one to buy.....( as many different shaft variations as well)  Then with that knowledge you can toddle off to Ebay to make an informed purchase.

  6. i love the king cobras, every time ive ever hit a cleveland it felt like c**p, idk its your choice but just some input for you, hope whatever you get helps your game
