Hidden S/H charge on ebay auction?

Someone help me please.......

Do I have to pay hidden charge that was not described?

The seller described $10 for shipping and handling fee on auction page.

But the shipping and handling cost on invoice was $30,

so I had been contacting to the seller to send me correct amount since auction had ended.

A couple days later,I got message and the seller insisted me that the shipping cost on invoice is no error.

I can not make payment because of the hidden charge that was not described.

I do not know what to do....

do not pay it . tell the seller it was not disclosed and you will contact ebay if need be, but you are not paying it. don't back down from them. contact ebay they should help you. good luck
