  1. It's completely ILLEGAL to have hidden cameras in hotel rooms, unless it's by the police who would have to even get a warrant first.

  2. No there should not be any cameras in hotel rooms, but while looking for some information on the internet I found something very intressting stuff. In many hotels they dont clean their guest glasses. They just simply empty them and put them back in their original place, and in some hotels they even put some blue liquid spray on their glasses and on the spray it clearly sais "DO NOT DRINK".

This is a big health risk, you can get diseases like: salmonella, herpes, flesh eating bacteria. So you should watch out for that in stead of hidden cameras.Good luck.

  6. If it's one of those p**n motels that show x*x on the TV, you are looking at the room next door.

  7. no and no

  8. It is illegal, but that doesn't mean they aren't there.

  9. of course is illegal. Google penalties for hidden cameras in private sleeping quarters and you will see that the easiest country punishment or shall I say where you will not be killed is the Unites States and Canada but you will serve jail time and/or at least label a criminal.

  10. its illegal

  11. I dunno but i know it is legal to put them in public toilets! Weird to think isnt it!

  12. illegal unless by the police who have authorization

  13. yeah it's in the smoke detector light (the little red blinking light that's the camera). legal, well destroying other people's property that's illegal, they gotta have evidence of who destroyed thier property so the camera helps catch who's destroying the hotel.

  14. While it is generally considered an invasion of privacy; unless, of course, it's the Gov't that's doing the spying; there are people who hide cameras for a number of reasons.

There are also some adult entertainment sites that claim to have 'hidden cameras' in all sorts of places; but these are usually staged to cater to their patron's fantasies. These are quite legal as all parties to the staged fantasy are of legal age and have signed consent forms (model releases) to be filmed as though it were done covertly.

There are instances of illegal placement and use of hidden cameras in hotel rooms, and other public places. Here are just a few stories available on the internet:

  15. there shouldnt be any cameras in a hotel room, its an invasion of privacy and very unethical. I think it could be elegal. If I knew there were cameras in a hotel room I would be sleeping in my car from now on.
