Hide friends but keep comments in scroll box?

I need a code that hide your friends BUT keeps the view all friends link and also keeps your comments in a scroll box. If there is not not a code like that then just hiding my top friends and keeping comments in a scroll bow is just fine.

start with that.... if you want, use the option for having BOTH in the scrollbox

THEN... use this to hide the parts of your friends list that you want hidden
