High Flow cat converter?

Question

will an 02-05 high flow cat converter for a RSX with a 2.0L K20A3 engine fit in an 03 Honda Civic Si Hatchback with a 2.0L K20A3 engine?

if the diameter of the exhaust pipe is the same it should fit.

It wont be a direct fit but it could be welded in at a custom exhaust place.
