High School Drug Tests?

I am going to attend a public high school this year. Are you forced to take drug tests? Do i have any rights to say no? Are there tests taken on random days when you are not aware? My school is a magnet school does that still mean there will be drug tests?

You can't be forced to take a drug test. They can only drug test you if you want to participate in clubs and athletics. It's another brilliant drug war plot. Make everybody who smoked MJ in the last month an outcast, while the kids who drink, take cocaine, and heroin just have to stay clean for a few days and they will pass the drug test.

first of all if you are a minor your parents must sign a consent form for you to be tested. you need to contact the school and ask them if there is mandetory or random drug tests at your school.

here's an idea dont do drugs then you can be the first in line for the test and not have to worry about it.
