  1. 1. Go get some tight fitting under armor and some gloves.  Wear the under armor under your shoulder pads.

    2. If it doesn't bother you, don't change it.  You don't want to seem needy to the coach.  Unless you really hate it, tough it out.

    3. It's supposed to fit tight.  Otherwise, it'll pop right off in a game.  Pull on the plastic by the ear hole when you take it off if it hurts.  Once you're sweaty though, it'll come off no problem.

    4. Don't go to practice hungry, and stay hydrated.  You need energy and hydration to perform.  Also, always give it 110% if you want to see playing time.


  2. 1 get an athletic cup for ur groining and all becuz u may get tackled down there.

    2. under armor   hot gear and cold gear   looks cool and keeps u warm in fall and cool in summer

    3. gloves- different gloves for receivers and linemen make sure u get right ones

    4. cleets- high tops for linemen and lower tops for everything else

    5. make sure ur facemask bar isnt to big because it may get a little annoying u can ask ur coach to change it


  3. yeah i've had that same face mask for 5 years now, i don't think it really matters, i was going to switch it before i broke my leg, i've always said the helmet doesn't make the player as long as it fits right.so good luck football is a great sport.

  4. get a cup! hs football can be dirty.  wear some compression shorts as well it keeps everything in place down there.  

    2 some people get crosseyed from the bar down the middle but if it doesnt affect u leave it cause it does prevent getting fingers in the eyes.  dont the seniors get first pick on helmets? i would think they would get them. but revolutions do break easier and arent as good in my opinion.

    3.its suppose to be tight and when u sweat it will be easier to get off...it just takes time to get use to.

    4.  eat something small no MILK!!! if u have anything with milk u will puke! weigh urself before and after practice...and afterwards u need to drink 1 20oz bottle of water for every pound u lose and drink as much as u can before practice.
