High School Registration...?

Question

Well today is registration and I will be a freshman in high school...Honestly all I want to know is if I HAVE to go with my mom. I don't really feel well and don't feel like going out so is that a problem or something? I'm scared we might be taking I.D pictures so I'll have my mom call... but do I have to go with her?

Go anyway.

A lot of important stuff happen at registration.

You learn your bus number, and you're assigned lockers, and stuff like that. At our school, we get to choose our lockers and where we want it to be located, so that will help A LOT.

You may have to take ID pictures, but some schools allow for you to take them on the first day (after or before school starts).

Well at my we school just use our yearbook pictures for our IDs.  That was usually in Late August or Early September.  Don't be scared to talkith your mom because I sometimes feel the same way and I found that if I go with my mom, then my teachers have a certain respect for me because it shows that I don't want to be like everyone else, by going by myself.  Please learn that your mom will be your stronghold in the long run and stay close to her because she can help you.   Now, some solutions for you is to ask your mom to maybe not be so clingy. Especially when you are around your classmates.

By the way, I am not some old lady giving you this advice I am a sophomore!!
