High School Rejects? ?

Question

Last year my grand daughter was a freshman and two of her best friends didn't pass to the 10 grade because they skipped so many classes, one girls skipped 33 and the other friend skipped 29! How many chances do you think is fair, before we decide kids like these are wasting the time of teachers, the others students, their parents and their own? I think if they don't care about and Education send them home and leave them at home!

I am appalled. Those students should have their paychecks withheld.

I think that the school and taxpayers are wasting money teaching these losers.  I didn't do that great in High School either, but that was because I was Learning Disabled.  I overcame it and am now in college majoring in writing and theater.

I say if the kid is skipping one week find out why they are missing. two weeks get the truent officer to pick them up and take them to the principle's office and have him or her take them to a teacher who will take turns teaching them. That is if there is no ligidament reason for there absence.
