High School Studying...

Ok I'm going into 9th grade and i really need to learn how to study the right way! please give me any tips! thank you!

the way to make studying easier is by making it fun. like make some flash cards of the things u  have to know for homework or a test, have sumone ask the questions and c if u get them right. if u get most of them right u get a reward(of your choice). this is fun for a group of friends studying togather(helped me and my friends we all got As)

make the flash cards into a game u know and add rewards and rules to it to make it even funner.

one of the best ways to study is with flashcards. on one side lets say it's a word you need to know and on the other side of the idex card is the definition. or if you are studying for a language draw a picture of an item or the english word and on the other side write it in the language you need to study. taking accurate, neat notes helps a lot too.

review your homework even after your done like the day after you wouldn't believe how many lil mistakes are made

when you learn something important go home and review it.... and whatever you do... DON'T PROCRASTINATE!

Here are my tips:

- Concentrate, study in a place with no distractions.

- Be organised.

- Listen and pay attention in class.

- Take notes in class, which can help you study.

- Read articles related to your subject.

- Use note cards and highlighters.

- Try new memorising techniquies.

I like to use flash cards - where you get a small piece of paper which have a word on one side and the definition on the other. Use can do this with friends as it's a good way to memorise things.

don't procrastinate. If you feel like watching tv, go into your bedroom and shut the door, so it won't tempt you. Pay attention in class, take notes. As soon as you get home, do your homework. I find that writing things down helps me to remember easier. Also you can make things easier to memorize by coming up with a song, or making it into a poem. Ask for study partners. Its always allot more fun when someones with you studying. Ask your mom and dad for help, and don't get frustrated if you can't figure something out. A thing I like to do is go in my room, light some incense and do my work on my bed. Its allot less stressful and the sweet smell of incense calms me down :)
