High School Varsity Football Help?

Ok so when I was a Freshman I played JV football as a WR for my school. The beginning of the seaon was ok, but in the middle and later half I really picked up my game and became my teams top WR and scorer. Then in Sophomore year the coaches decided to play me on Varsity. During practice a teammate tackled me and I fell awkwardly and broke my ankle very badly. I missed the whole season. Now I'm starting my Junior year on varsity but the problem is for our first two practices I was badly out of shape because of my injury. I am not as fast or strong as i used to be and ive fallen behind badly. The practice was 4 hours and 2 hours in i felt like i was going to collapse. I could tell the coaches were upset. I was hoping you could give some advice and suggestions to get back into the game. I really want to play for my school and love football, but i think i cant handle it physically. Help?
