High School traveling abroad programs?

Are there any traveling abroad programs for students that are like a normal school year but a group of students travel around europe and get the required education for america(math,english,science,history)? I would prefer to if we went to different countries but if there isnt one like that its fine and i rather the group stay together than stay with families. I would
