I have heard there are some high waves out in the middle of the pacific ocean, I believe off San Diego? Does anybody know what that point is called and how to get out there? I heard there are boats that take you out to where the surf is really high.

  1. It's not Todo Santos.  You're thinking of Sea of Cortes or Cortes bank.  It's a big tow-in surf location off of San Diego where the waves can get up to 100ft.

  2. You might be thinking of Todos Santos, a two hour drive south of SD near Ensenada, Mexico.

  3. "Todos Santos", down off of ensenada...25ft + . Back in 2005 me and 3 friends with sea-doo, found this place too be very intense, and scary..We saw a 15ft. Great white looking for a meal... and thats just one of the dangers there......Was it worth it ?  I made the drop and we made it back to Huntington in one piece with memories of something not many can say they did....If you go there, and make it back, then it was a sucess.......Good Luck
