  1. As this matter relates to interim Maitenanance commonly known as Maintenance Pendente lite this issue is decided in shortest period of time. The High Court shall take up this matter on regular date of hearing basis as fixed on the previous date of hearing & no special framework of fixing a some what special date of hearing required although all matter to be taken up on the date of hearing are listed every working day in all High courts in India & Supreme Court of India for the purpose of general information. The stay on further proceedings in the matter remains till the issue relating to this revision/appeal petition is finally disposed off by the High Court. Any amendment/vacation in the stay order can be obtained from the High Court or the Supreme Court of India.
