High creatinine level?

This is probably a Creatinine Clearance number -- NOT a true serum creatinine.

If you're under 20, then this is still high. Under 20 should be anywhere from 80-150 (roughly).  However, there are a few conditions that can artificially raise this number -- such as those who work out/run excessively (increased cardiac output).  

Your doctor may want to get a 24 hour urine sample from you to look at this more closely.  Likewise, repeating the blood test would be a good idea in about 3-4 weeks.
