hey! I am so in love with once upon a child (children's affiliate of Platos..), I sell my baby' clothes every month and get her new things for the next, the one i go to is on 159th off harlem; also there are other resale/consignment shops on that strip also that have nice looking clothes. no outlet malls in chicago. but there is gurnee mills which is "suppose" to be an outlet, but prices aren't worth the drive to me. and there is also michigan city which ive always found deals at (lover of ralph lauren)
