anyone know of any rentals places like this for cars and buses in paris france

Best starting point would be the French Yellow Pages (www.pagejaunes.fr).

In the upper right corner, click the UK flag for the english version of the page.

For the "What?" field type the following:

limousine

For the "Where?"field type "Paris"

Click "Search"

On the next page tick the box that says "location d'automobiles avec chauffeur" then click "Ok".

This gives a list of companies in Paris.  Links to their websites (if they have one) appear below the individual listings.  Several of them should have english webpages.  At any rate that gives you a good starting point for your search.

If you're actually planning a high end wedding in Paris you might be best off contacting a professional event planner.
