Question:

High heat doesn't function, low heat does.

I have a Kenmore 110.69202990 the problem is that the high "timed heat" I have no heat, but durring the "normal dry" setting I do have heat. This would lead me to believe if there is only one heating element that the ellement is fine. Is this a thermal fuse error?
