High operating costs.

Question

I have a fridgidaire rooftop ac/electric heat unit that does not stoprunning. Model #P3RA-30K. The freon level is normal. The electriccompany says it's drawing way too many watts (6,000?) and the problemis likely that the heat and ac are both on. Which parts are the likelycause and how can I diagnose it? Also, the wiring schematic is longworn away. Where can I get a new one? Please help! Dan
