High ovulation readings while spotting? HELP

This is my second month using the clear blue fertility monitor. I am on day 19 of this cycle and I still have not gotten a peak reading (only High since day 10). On days 12-16 I had some pink Cervical Mucous - which I thought that was ovulation bleeding , however on day 18 (now in day 20) I started having Red/brown thick/sticky blood...almost like the start of my period. But because it is so early in my cycle for my period to come I still tested with the monitor yesterday morning and this morning, my levels were still registering High.

Could I ovulate during bleeding since the monitor is still reading HIGH?

My main question is...why is the monitor still showing HIGH fertility while I am having light blood?

(A little more information: My first month using the monitor is showed ovulation on day 14 my period then came on day 28)

You may have ovulated on Day 12 and now, on Day 20, you could be having implantation bleeding.  I would say take a pregnancy test tomorrow morning!!!  Goodluck and baby dust to yoU!!!
