High pressure cooker and food nutrition

I just bought a new high pressure cooker. Just wondering if it destroys the food nutition in some way. thanks

  1. It's supposed to preserve the vitamins in food  as it minimizes cooking time and requires little water. Cooking for a long time or boiling in water reduce vitamin content significantly.
