  1. IF YOUR TRYING TO GAIN WEIGHT...YOU NEED A WEIGHT GAINER...NOT A PROTEIN SUPPLEMENT....GO TO GNC AND BUY A   WEIGHT GAINER....NOT A PROTEIN SUPPLEMENT.

  2. first I want to say that Gh G needs too read the question, HE SAID GAIN WEIGHT!! get it? Gain!! Now all you have to do is work out on a regular basis get a routine that your body will get use to after a short while then switch up your routine and add weight if you can, & try muscle mass protien drink & get some good once a day vitamins, they are pretty much all the same but the cheaper ones will upset your stomach, so don't be cheap with those they don't cost much for a good brand!

  3. If you are trying to gain weight high protein alone isn't going to do the trick. You need some quality carbs in there as well. A popular high-protein shake i make is 1 banana(I peel these and put them in the freezer ahead of time as it makes the shake cooler, thicker) 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1 cup of yogurt, chocolate syrup and 1 1/2 cups apple juice all whizzed up in the blender. I know it sounds odd but, it is actually Delicious and has the protein and nutrients you need.

  4. A simple google search gave these recipes:

Basically throw in anything with a high protein content. Raw eggs seem a popular option (if a little slimey), tho another option is to just sit and eat cans of tuna (partly cause its tasty) and cottage cheese.

  5. Umm, Gh G she said she wanted to gain weight.. so.. What I recommend i go to GNC and get some Muscle Milk. Has high protein, high fats, not as many carbs but you can make up for that during the day. I recommend putting two scoops of that into a blender along with milk, Ice, strawberries, banannas, any other fruits you like. Perhaps add some coffee if you want some caffeine to start you off right
