High school Golf help???

Question

I am trying out for high school golf so what shouldd i kno about Golf and is there any websites i should go to

any tips... what are the rules... how to get better.. how the game works

there can only be at the most 10 people on the team and there are 25 tryin out so can u help me???

Well its almost season so unless your just a natural or the other guys really have not played you are in a little bit of trouble. Your best best would be to go to the course and get lessons and hit lots of range balls dont go play its a waste of practice time.

Can you run fast or jump high? Can you throw a baseball 90 miles an hour because it`s a little late to be thinking about playing on your golf team. You have chosen probably the hardest game in the world. But even if you don`t make the team, i encourage you to start playing golf. You will be rewarded for a lifetime.

It sounds like you have your hands full. My season starts Monday. I'll have almost 30 out for the team. I don't make cuts since we don't have a course to worry about. We practice behind the school and travel twice a week to a course 30 miles away to practice. If you have never played it will probably be hard to make the team. I would suggest you take a few lessons from someone who plays well. Hit the driving range and putting greens fast and hard. If you don't make the team don't give up. Keep practicing and playing. Find some "junior" tournaments in the summer and then give it another try next year.

theres no way you will make it unless you seriously start practicing... get an instructor if you really wanna have a chance at making the team
