I made the freshman volleyball team at my school but when we scrimmage in practice and my coach picks teams she always picks the same people and leaves 3 people out. out of the 12 girls she picks, the 6 on one side are obviously starters and the 6 on the other side are second string. i am one of the 3 that get left out. I still have a chance to join tennis, because i dnt think i will play much in volleyball and my main goal in highschool is to make varsity in one sport. i was planning on quitting volleyball anyways next year and doing tennis. but what should i do? Join tennis now and quit volleyball? or just stick out the volleyball season this year?

  1. ask yourself, what sport you want to do more. If you love tennis more than do tennis. If you love volleyball, than practice more so that she'lll pick you. High school sporta are competitive they pick the best.

  2. the best thing to do is play sports that make you happy and that you will have fun with if you've already invested money in volleyball and you know it's gonna be a waste of time i would discuss it  with your family and see how they respond or if they support you. one thing is  you can play as many sports as you want but if you want to play varsity make sure you are gonna be dedicated and willing to work hard and that this is really what you want.

  3. You shouldn't start a sport that your serious in after freshman year, so I say that you should quit volleyball and join tennis if you think you have a better chance, or will enjoy it more than volleyball.
