ok, so i am beginning my junior year now and am nervous about my courses and the tests that im taking and stuff. I want to go to any ivy league/ ivy league-ish school so just make note of that.

As for SAT II's I took chem and got a 780. This year I will take literature and math 2. That's sufficient, right?

Re: AP's I took euro history and got a 5. I will take over junior and senior years english language, spanish language, english literature, us history, chemistry, calculus, and maybe psychology. do you think it is necessary?

As per the SAT, my goal is a 2200 and on practice tests now im getting like 2050's, by December it should be up there I think.

Any tips, suggestions, or other comments that could give me some solace? Thanks!

  1. your SAT II chem score is good.

for the ap classes, if you're going to take that many,

you are going to have a TON of work. be careful, because

you don't want to be overwhelmed. also, not all colleges will

take both ap credit for english language and literature. they

will usually take one of the other. so, if you pass one of them,

it may be pointless to take the other if you're only taking it to

get college credit. check with the schools you want to apply to first.

just keep doing practice SAT's. those workbooks help!

and, just make sure you have fun! high school is supposed

to be fun! you don't want to overwhelm yourself with everything.

good luck on getting into the ivies! :]
