High school cheerleading help. How to improve?

What is the best way to improve on you cheerleading skills. Espeially flexability because i am a fkyer. Also what kind of conditioning do you suggest?!? Anything will help. How do you get your jumps higher and how do improve on your tumbling everyday. Please help! <3 THANK YOU!

  1. really all you can do is strech strech strech.  it makes the world of a difference.  

    and about the flying, to practice for one legged stunts, just stand on anything.  Anything elevated you see, just stand on it with one leg.  it works, trust me.


  2. What I did to help it was improve my splits just on the floor. I went as far as i could go into a split, then you look at the ceiling and stay there for a minute. (No looking down or getting out of that position for exactly 60 fair seconds if you want to improve! Count to 60) for each split. (And suck in your tummy to get tighter abs! It will also help you in the future with all of your stretches and stunts) i did that for about a month and a half every single day. i made time to do it and you just have to practice also. But it might take more time for different people.
