High school credits? ?

Question

From what i've been told in the past, if you have six credits or more BEFORE you enter freshman year.. you are able to skip freshman year & jump to sophmore year. please tell me if this is true or not, thanks. (=

I guess it depends what high school you attend and what the graduation requirements are in your state. I go to high school in Florida, and you need 28 credits to graduate, but you're allowed to skip 9th grade if you have 6 credits.
